Rachel had been completely out of touch with the world lately. she had been sik for a few days, so she was behind in school. Because her honor and ap teachers were without mercy, they had assigned her bucket loads of homework to do. Rachel was currently in the library, falling behind in her social life to try to catch up on the work she had missed.

Bio/ Character study: never in his life had Logan ever had problems with girls. In fact, he was told that from the first day he was born, woman had been fawning over him from ages 87 to age 1. Logan is the youngest brother of three boys, and he loved it. His parents and family members liked him better than his older brothers. He was better looking than them. And he was almost more talented as well. Coming from a wealthy family, Logan didn't know what it was like to struggle in the world. He had never strayed from the A-List. Rachel pulled her thick dark hair into a messy bun. She was taking a walk into town, in search of settling her ice cream craving. Usually she would take her car to go, or at least her bike, but it was such a beautiful day outside that she didn't want to stay cooped up. Besides, walking is good for you.

Her father had been a food man, but he had a terrible drinking habit that he didn't know how to control. That was Jade's first brush with death, and it changed her. It made her realize how fragile life really was. But instead of making Jade grateful, it just made her angry. When her best friend died of leukemia when she was fourteen, Jade had had it with the world. She went through a long period of wearing all black and piercing anything she could. And then she met Toby. Toby was a boy that went to the same Couseling office as Jade did. They hit it off right away, and Jade started opening up to him. From opening up to Toby, Jade began opening up to other people again. By the time college came around, she was ready. Jade didn't know what it was like to not have to worry about if there was something to eat for dinner or if she could afford a new dress. But she was okay with it. Even though her job at the Dentistry isn't exactly what Jade wanted, she is glad to be of whatever help she can.
